Background Remover won't work

When I try to use the background remover I get a message that it may not have been installed properly or is missing a file.
I have been using this program with no problems since I got it 12/30/06. This happened for the first time today.
I need some help from tech support on how to fix this problem.

I am sorry for delay. The main parts of our product are:
1. plugin body: "backgroundremover.8bf" file
2. System dlls: "mfc71.dll", "msvcp71.dll", "msvcr71.dll"
3. Plugin's graphic host program " likeа Adobe Photoshop 7,CS,CS2, CS3 Elements 3,4,5, Corel (Jasc) PSP7,8,9,X,X1 etc.
 
Any damage of any components causes problem with plugin.

If you could not download it, please write me, I send you Background Remover directly (1.96 Mb).

 This version differs from your a little, (in particular: it rewrites system dlls, so close all applications before installation, and you can not run it without layered data (filter will grayouted in menu if data is not suitable for filter)).

Also, deinstall previous version Background Remover. You can do it by running "uninstall.exe" in setup folder or use "Add and Remove Program" in Windows's Controls Panel.

i install the Background Remover in Adobe photo shop 7,CS,CS2,CS3 but the pluging
not shown in the filter list. i have put the plugin in photoshop filter > Plugin > (past the
plugin Background Remover ) but still not work

plz solve my problum

The Background Remover like other our products is Adobe -compatible plugin.

It is mean, that this product can work as plug-in with any graphic
editor, that supports Photoshop's plug-ins (Corel(Jasc) PaintShopPro
7,8,9,X,X1,  XnView, All Adobe graphic family etc.).

Background Remover can work with all Adobe image processing family (Photoshop,  Photoshop Elements etc). Installer detects these products automatically. But some cases (beta version, international language or custom build etc) installer fails.

But ANY case you can attache plugin to graphic host.
For Adobe family  you can find Background Remover in
"Filters->Plugins->ImageSkill" menu.

For example use Adobe Photoshop Elements (PHE) 6

1. Install Background Remover in default folder (C:/Program Files/ImageSkill/Background Remover 3")

2. Run PHE in "Edit" mode

3. Add "C:/Program Files/ImageSkill" as additional plugin folder using "Edit->Preferences->Plug-ins" command

Check "Additional Plugin folder" flag an choose "C:/Program Files/ImageSkill"

4. RE-RUN PHE

5. You can find Background Remover in
"Filters->Plugins->ImageSkill" menu.

6. Open an image

7. Promote background to Layer using "Layer->New->Layer from Background" command

8. Run Background Remover using
"Filters->Plugins->ImageSkill" menu.

9. Make object/background selection

And select object

10. Press "OK" and return to PHE
