XnView (

XnView is provided as
FREEWARE for private non-commercial or educational use (including non-profit organization). It has multilanguage interface (more than 40 languages are supported).

XnView supports transparency feature, so you can run plugins that use alpha channel like

Our installers detect XnView and you simple choose ?XnView? item from detected graphic hosts list.
But in any case you can attach any plugin to XnView.
In order to attach Adobe-compatible plugin to XnView, you can use
2 ways :
1. Simple copy plugin file (with .8bf file extension) to Path/To/XnView/
8bf folder (not
Plugins folder) where Path/To/XnView is path to XnView editor (default is C:\Program Files\XnView) and run (re-run) XnView.
The installed Adobe compatible plugins you can find at "
Filters->Adobe Photoshop Plug-ins" menu item.
2. Install third-party Adobe-compatible plugin (for example
ImageSkill Background Remover (
http://www.imageskill.com/backgroundremover/BackgroundRemover_Demo_Setup.exe ) to any folder (default folder for ImageSkill Background Remover is ?C:\Program Files\ImageSkill\Background Remover 3?)
a) Run XnView, open an image (for example in JPEG format),
b) Add alpha channel using ?
Image-> 32 bits? command.
c) Run ?
Filter->Adobe Photoshop Plugins (Ctrl+G)? command,
d) Press ?
Configure button? add plugin?s path (in our case C:\Program Files\ImageSkill).
e) Press ?OK?, then select
ImageSkill->Background Remover 3 item from list and press ?
Start? button
