I bought and installed PSP Pro X2 Ultimate which came with the Background Remover.  I have been using the remover just fine with PSP for 3 weeks now.  Today, when I go to use it, on the Adjust tab then down to where the plug-in used to be, it says "no plug-ins installed".   I also have d/l the demo of Magic Sharpener.  It's gone too.  When I go to Start and click on Image Skill>Background Remover>Image Skill, it just takes me to your website, not open the program.  What has happened to it?  Running Windows 7.
