Background Remover DLL

I just received my purchase of Corel Ultimate X2 with the "free" Background Remover program included....I have installed it and it says it has failed to load the DLL's I did as read in another post here and downloaded the demo version and all works just fine.....but I don't want to have to pay "again" for this program?....any suggestions???
