Background Remover=failed to load dll

The background remover plugin that came with pspx2ultimate worked fine for about six months.  Now when I try to use it, a message appears: failed to load the dll.  I have uninstalled the plugin, reinstalled the plugin, still doesn't work.  How do I fix this.
