PSP X2 Ultimate or Purchase from Imageskill?

I am using PSP X2 with Win XP SP3 and am enjoying the program. I would like to add the Imageskill Background Remover.

My question is: I can purchase the program for $49 from Imageskill or upgrade to X2 Ultimate for about $29. Is there any difference between the two Background Remover programs?
Since I am happy with X2, I would keep my existing X2 program (rather than install Ultimate) and merely install the Background Remover from the Ultimate disk. Although I am sure that you would prefer my purchasing directly from you, getting it from Ultimate saves me $20. Is there any difference between going with one route or the other?

Also, the PDF version of the instruction manual on line relates primarily to the Adobe program. Although PSP is similar, does PSP Ultimate come with a manual geared specifically to PSP?

We would like to say that v.3.1 of our plug-in is functionally the same as you will have in PSP X2 Ultimate but

1. an extended help for non-English speaking users is available,
2. an access to user's manual for different languages is available,
3. an access to our materials (in English) "Object extraction? It is very easy"
    and "Out of bounds image" from non-English localized users is available,
4. clicking on Help button you get an access to main menu at our site

Furthermore we used Visual C++ 2005 compiler to make our plug-in faster.

Of course all features mentioned above are not so important for PSP X2 Ultimate customers. So you can upgrade your PSX X2 to X2 Ultimate and save your $20. Furthermore we try to help any user working with our plug-in installed from Ultimate disc in spite of we are not responsible for this Corel?s product.
